CYBER LAW training held by ISOC NEPAL

Kathmandu, 17 December: Internet Society Nepal Chapter organized a one day training program on Fundamentals Principles of Cyber Law and Practices in Nepal here at Kathmandu among lawyers and associations. The program focused on current situation of practical approaches and its future prospects.

Mr. Upendra Keshari Neupane, Hon. Member of Judicial Council, Said, ” Internet Society Nepal Chapter has certainly taken an initiation for organizing such kind of training for lawyers which is very credible. He also urged participants to exploit the opportunity to the optimum level.”

Advocate Bijaya Prasad Mishra, Coordinator of Lawyers Academy Committee and General Secretary of Nepal Association thanked Internet Society Nepal Chapter on supporting such a valueable program. He also wished to extend this kind of program out of capital.

The Training sessions were divided into four sessions

  1. Session One: Concept of Cyber Law and Nepalese legal provision, Conducted by Advocate Babu Ram Aryal, President, Internet Society Nepal
  2. Session Two: Nature and Types of Cyber Crime, Conducted by Advocate Santosh Sigdel, Vice President, Internet Society Nepal
  3. Session Three: Digital Evidence and Cyber Forensic, Conducted by Mr. AM Chandra Dhami, DSP, Nepal Police, and
  4. Session Four:Practical Session, Conducted by Debesh Prasad Lohani, Microsoft Certified Ethical Hacker
